Technology should make life easier, not more frustrating. I’m Brad, and since 2001, I have spent over 25 years mastering the ins and outs of technology, from diagnosing difficult hardware problems to building custom computers from the ground up. But I believe my clients shouldn’t have to speak "computer" just to get their PC fixed. I handle the technical heavy lifting so you don’t have to.

After running a traditional shop in Toledo, Ohio, my wife Ashlee and I—along with our dog, Jupiter—recently relocated to Franklin, Indiana to put down permanent roots. I am thrilled to bring Abet IT Services directly to the Johnson County and South Indy area, providing patient, jargon-free support to my new community.

I operate exclusively as a 100% Mobile Concierge: I come to you, handle the logistics of transport, and perform precision repairs in my dedicated workshop before bringing your equipment back and plugging it all in.
